Our wool coats are 80% wool content with 20% durable polyester and ensure a perfect protection.
Pea coats are traditionally worn loose, so in order to choose your size, take your measurements while wearing a thick jumper and take a look at our size guide. You can also find the size guide on each product page, next to the size selection field.
Caring for a wool coat is very easy. Dry clean it every 2 years, without applying waterproofing. Hang it regularly and brush with an appropriate brush. The wool doesn't get dirty very often and doesn't retain odours.
In order to preserve all the original qualities of the product, we recommend you to follow the care instructions on the composition label.

If it’s still in stock, you can exchange your item with one of a different colour or size. Follow the returns protocol but request an exchange and the product you’d like to exchange it for.
There will, however, be extra shipping and handling fees.
If you’re exchanging it for a different item, your exchange will be processed as a return and you’ll be charged or refunded the difference.

If your order has already been packaged and is on its way to you, please accept the delivery, and give us a call. Most of the time orders are shipped on the next business day. However, processing and shipping can take 1 to 3 business days from the order date. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
We ship to any country, worldwide. Standard shipping takes 8-12 business days to arrive and Expedited shipping takes 5-8 business days to arrive.
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country.

Returns & Exchanges
Contact our customer service team and they will expeditiously arrange your returns or exchange. We accept unworn/unwashed items for up to 30 days from the date you received the original order.
